Headshot Photographer, Hairstylist and Makeup artist
Jodi is a professional headshot photographer based in Toronto, Ontario, Cabbagetown district.
Jodi has been a hairstylist for over 30 years and is the former owner of the award winning Jaz Hair Studio, located on Church Street in Downtown Toronto. In 2003, in the effort to shake up his career, he began makeup classes. Once he graduated, he immediately got a job doing hair and makeup on Global Television’s “Train 48” for 2 seasons. Several gigs doing hair/makeup for film and print followed, as well as dipping his toe in the acting pool himself.
Jodi has always had an interest in photography and it seemed to be a natural progression in his career. Picking up the camera 20 years ago, he was able to tie in all of his interests and talents doing actor headshots. He loves to play with lighting and backdrops to make his subjects shine.
Jodi loves working with actors. He is warm, welcoming and will make you feel comfortable regardless of your experience. Your headshot is your calling card and he takes that quite seriously. He is invested in being a part of you following your dream.
